Hyatt's Rhein-Main Ballroom, on the ground level, can be split into three sections and has a 4.9 metre (16' 5") ceiling, separate access and opens onto a large patio. The hotel's historic banqueting room in the arched vaults of Fort Malakoff holds up to 72 people, while the fortress's wine cellar is available for receptions, coffee breaks and private evening dinners for up to 40 guests, as well as wine tastings.

Rhein-Main Ballrooom
Extending over 540 square metres (5494 square feet), the Rhein-Main Ballroom on the ground floor is the ideal venue for large gatherings. With capacity for 600 people theatre style, it is perfect for large seminars, and can also host up to 330 guests for banquets. This elegant ballroom opens onto a large patio area and for smaller events, it can be separated into three individual rooms, which interconnect if required.

Because of its location on the ground floor, the Rhein-Main Ballroom is an ideal place for car presentations, as is the private outdoor piazza. The spacious foyer is ideal for large exhibitions.

Mosel & Nahe
The Mosel and Nahe meeting rooms are on the 1st floor. Flooded in natural light, these rooms are each 58 square metres (644 square feet) in area, and can be integrated to make a single large room of 116 square metres (1242 square feet), which can accommodate up to 100 people in a theatre setting. When used individually, each room makes a perfect venue for more intimate meetings and seminars of 24 to 50 people, or banquets for 30.

Donau
Located on the 1st floor, Donau is the perfect venue for smaller business meetings or celebrations with a maximum capacity of 40 people theatre style and 30 banquet style. The attractive streamlined decor is enhanced by plenty of natural light.

Elbe
With the capacity to host up to 36 people theatre style and 20 in a banquet setting, Elbe is ideal for smaller conferences, seminars and business meetings. Located on the 1st floor, Elbe offers 45 square metres (480 square feet) of meeting space in natural daylight.

The Malakoff Garden is in the courtyard of the fort which was built in 1873 to bolster the defence of the medieval city walls.
