History is very present at the Meknes Royal Golf Club since it is laid out at the heart of the imperial city of the Sultan Moulay Ismail. The whispers of fountains beautifully adorned with mosaics, the ramparts sheltering the club house, which hosts towers, colonnades, sculpted windows, a staircase in faience, Moorish doors, which overlook a horizon outlined with the medina s roofs and minarets.... Those are some of this course s charms which invite the player to go back in time and immerse into the spirit of the past. A garden in which mingle the fragrances and aroma of orange flowers, prune, palm and olive trees.
This magnificent site was opened in 1969, for golf players to enjoy, day and night and all year around.
